1. Acceptance of terms

By using Biosenz, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms form a contract between you and Biosenz. We may update them periodically, always with prior notice.

2. What Biosenz is

Biosenz is a platform for healthcare professionals that interprets lab results with AI and generates integrative protocols. It includes:

• Exam analysis via OCR and AI, classifying findings by clinical axis (metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory and others).
• A diagnostic hypothesis based on the analysis and the patient's history.
• An integrative protocol covering supplementation, nutrition, sleep, hydration and behavior.
• Patient management with records, clinical history and saved analyses.
• Additional modules: AI chat, meeting transcription and a medical news feed.

3. Who may use it

The platform is intended for licensed healthcare professionals: physicians, nutritionist physicians, integrative practitioners and others with a valid registration with their licensing board.

By creating an account, you declare that you:

• Are over 18 years old.
• Hold a valid professional license in healthcare.
• Will use the platform for legitimate clinical purposes.
• Have obtained patient consent to use their data here.

4. Satisfaction guarantee and refund policy

To request a refund within the 7-day window, email contato@biosenz.ai with the subject “Refund Request”, including the email registered on the account. The refund is processed within 10 business days, according to the payment method used:

• Credit card: chargeback posted to the statement within up to 2 billing cycles.
• PIX: returned within 3 business days to the originating account.

The right to a refund applies only within the first 7 calendar days after purchase. Requests made after that window are not eligible for a refund, except where specific legislation requires it (e.g. article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code for contracts entered into off-premises).

5. Plans and payments

Unused credits do not roll over between periods and are not refundable, except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

The platform is for professional clinical use. The following are prohibited:

• Use outside the context of clinical practice.
• Sharing access credentials with third parties.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access the source code.
• Entering false data or patient data without consent.
• Any action that violates patient privacy or the LGPD.
• Attempting to circumvent usage limits or security mechanisms.
• Transmitting viruses or malicious code.

7. Limitation of liability

Biosenz is not liable for:

• Errors arising from improperly entered data.
• Clinical decisions based solely on AI output.
• Interruptions due to maintenance or technical failures.
• Indirect or consequential damages from use of the platform.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 3 months of subscription.

8. Intellectual property

The code, design, brand and content of Biosenz are our property and protected by law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

The data you enter, exams, records and patient data, remains yours. By using the platform, you authorize us to process it solely to provide the contracted services.

9. Patient data

You are the data controller for your patients under the LGPD. Biosenz acts as the data processor. It is your responsibility to:

• Obtain patient consent to use their data on the platform.
• Inform them about the use of AI in analyzing exams.
• Ensure the data entered is correct.
• Comply with LGPD obligations in your professional activity.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in serious cases.

After closure, your data is removed according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Balneário Camboriú, SC, Brazil, waiving any other venue.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance by email or by a notice in the platform. Continuing to use Biosenz after that date means you accept the changes.
